The lending environment is the most challenging it has been in decades. As a result of the recession, it is very difficult to find quality borrowers, but it is even more challenging to find borrowers who understand what your expectations are and borrowers who truly understand the essentials of debt financing.
Why did I write this book?
I have written my Loan Financing Guide for Small Business Owners to educate businessmen and businesswomen on how to be successful in the art of financing. The basis of my system is to teach entrepreneurs how to meet lenders' expectations while taking care of financial well-being of their companies and ensuring prompt loan repayment.
Knowledgeable business owners means better quality borrowers that repay loans. It is just this simple.
I have a diverse experience in commercial lending ranging from working as a credit analyst and portfolio manager to my experience in commercial credit review, working as a commercial lender, and involvement in designing and teaching commercial lending training programs. In addition, I have considerable experience in teaching seminars and coaching business owners on loan financing and other financial matters.
You are good at what you do - lending. I am good at what I do - educating commercial borrowers.
Some lenders tell me that they purchased copies of my book as a gift for their existing borrowers or an incentive for their prospective customers, while others have purchased it for their branch personnel who are new to lending or need a refresher. The book has also been purchased by commercial banks to be utilized in training programs of their sales force that is relatively new to commercial lending.
Loan Financing Guide for Small Business Owners can be ordered here. If you are interested in purchasing multiple copies of my book, please contact me to inquire about large order discounts.
